If you live in Redbridge and are over the age of 18 you can apply to rent one of our allotments.  We currently have a short waiting list at Tomswood Hill.  Please use the Contact Form to join our waiting list or for our other site at New North Road.

Current Rental Rates   (For rent year  1 October 2025 –  30 September 2026)

Half plot –                                           £45

Full plot –                                           £90

Three quarter plot –                            £67.50

Note: There is a mandatory £5 per member membership charge in addition to the rent.

Membership includes entitlement to vote at Society meetings. 1 member 1 vote.  If a plot is in the names of 2 persons (husband and wife/partners/friends) 2 membership fees are paid.  The membership charge includes affiliation to the National Allotment Society.
