If you live in Redbridge and are over the age of 18 you can apply to rent one of our allotments.  We currently have a waiting list at Tomswood Hill.  Please use the Contact Form to join our waiting list or for our other site at New North Road.

Current Rental Rates   (For rent year  1 October 2026 –  30 September 2027)

Half plot –                                           £50

Full plot –                                           £100

Three quarter plot –                            £75

Note: There is a mandatory £5 per member membership charge in addition to the rent.

Membership includes entitlement to vote at Society meetings. 1 member 1 vote.  If a plot is in the names of 2 persons (husband and wife/partners/friends) 2 membership fees are paid.  The membership charge includes affiliation to the National Allotment Society.
